We perform various work steps, primarily the turning of gears and shafts.
With about 130 CNC turning centres, we machine around 150,000 turned parts daily from diverse unfinished parts such as forged pieces, cast parts or ready-made parts. This equals a total weight of around 150 tonnes per day. Our production area covers 18,000 m².
The one-of-a-kind standardised machinery allows us to react to every scheduling situation as we can produce every part on every machine. Thanks to the close proximity to our machine manufacturer, we can solve any problem handin-hand in no time at all.
